The Government Liaison Committee meets each year in March for the Spring Meeting. The Spring Meeting gives member companies an opportunity to discuss the development season just ending in order to provide feedback to each jurisdiction on both the good and the not so good as it pertains to forms, instructions, specifications, approval, communication, website, etc. Each member company submits their feedback using the Agency Feedback Template which is then compiled and discussed at the Spring Meeting.
Immediately following the Spring Meeting each year, the GLC State Liaisons provide summarized feedback to each jurisdiction, whether in the form of a Business Letter, a request for a conference call with NACTP members, or a request for a state visit. State visits and conference calls are scheduled for June and July of each year.
In early Fall of each year, the Government Liaison Committee meets to discuss the current filing season and address any potential issues with specific jurisdictions.
