NACTP Annual Meeting 2026 – St. Louis, MO
We’re excited to announce the 2026 NACTP Annual Meeting, taking place August 4–6, 2026, at the St. Louis Union Station Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri.
As in prior years, we are coordinating our meeting schedule with the Federation of Tax Administrators (FTA) Technology Conference to maximize opportunities for engagement with federal and state agencies. While the agenda is still being finalized, we wanted to share key dates and registration information so you can begin making your plans.
What to Expect
• NACTP Annual Business Meeting, including voting on new member companies and the FY27 budget
• Updates on key association initiatives, projects, and strategic priorities
• Meetings with federal and state agencies to discuss readiness for the TY26 filing season
• Committee meetings and working sessions
• Networking opportunities with industry peers, government partners, and member companies

• Tuesday, August 4: Welcome reception (FTA, state agencies, and NACTP members)
• Wednesday, August 5: State agency meetings and conference activities
• Wednesday evening: NACTP social event (details coming soon)
• Thursday, August 6: State agency meetings, committee work, and NACTP Business Meeting
• Thursday afternoon: Annual Business Meeting and voting
• Meeting concludes: Thursday, August 6, by approximately 3:00 PM
• Wednesday, August 5: State agency meetings and conference activities
