2025 Annual Meeting – Tacoma, WA

Dear NACTP Members,

We’re thrilled to welcome you to Tacoma next week for the 2025 NACTP Annual Meeting! This email contains everything you need to know to prepare for a productive and exciting event. Please note: we’ve gone paperless, so be sure to print any materials you’d like to have in hard copy and bring them with you.

📅 Meeting Schedule 

Our committee chairs—Mark, Julie, and Loreene—have worked tirelessly to coordinate sessions with government agencies. These sessions will preview the upcoming season, highlight agency initiatives impacting software developers, and address NACTP questionnaire responses.

📌 Business Meeting – Thursday Afternoon

We’ll begin with a member roll call to establish quorum before conducting any business or voting. Each member company is allowed one vote, so please confirm your designated voting representative in advance. Note: Annual dues must be paid to participate in voting.

🍽️ NACTP Membership Luncheon – Wednesday

🎯 Social Event – Wednesday Evening at the Axe Academy

Meet in the hotel lobby at 5:30 PM to walk to the venue. We’ve reserved the entire Axe Academy for an evening of axe throwing, pizza, and beer! Please fill out the online waiver prior to arriving at the event. This will ensure that we can enjoy our time without waiting in line to sign a waiver. The venue is near several restaurants if you’d like to continue the evening afterward. Thanks to Drake Software for sponsoring this exciting event!

We’ve invited our agency speakers to join us at social events when possible—an excellent opportunity to connect informally!

We’re excited to announce the 2025 NACTP Annual Meeting, taking place August 12–14 at the Marriott Tacoma Downtown in Tacoma, Washington.

This year, we’re once again coordinating with the FTA Technology Conference to maximize engagement with FTA and federal and state agencies. While the full agenda is still being finalized, here’s a preview of what you can look forward to:

What to Expect:

  • NACTP Annual Business Meeting – including voting on new member companies and the FY26 budget
  • Updates on key association initiatives and strategies
  • Meetings with federal and state agencies to prepare for the TY25 filing season
  • Networking and social events to connect with peers and partners

Tentative Schedule:

  • Tuesday evening: Welcome reception (for states and NACTP members)
  • Wednesday: State visits
  • Wednesday evening: Social event (details coming soon!)
  • Thursday morning: State visits & committee work
  • Thursday afternoon: NACTP Business Meeting and Voting
  • Meeting concludes: Thursday, August 14 by 3:00 PM

We’ve updated the registration process for this year’s meeting to make it more flexible and user-friendly. All meeting tickets—including committee sessions and the social event—are now listed as individual items that you can add to your cart.
